 This form was created to establish our ability to let things go, process anger and experience acceptance.  Being judgmental and holding resentments are the main causes of addiction and many other mental health issues.  Therefore, learning to have more acceptance in our lives is beneficial.  This test helps to develop awareness and empowers us to make better choices.

One of the areas where many people need help, is identifying their triggers.  The things that trigger us represent our unhealed traumas, but they also represent patterns in our behaviors.  This test encourages us to really examine the when and why of what upsets us, how we currently respond and what options may be an improvement.

 Recovery and personal growth in general has everything to do with willingness.  Before we make any progress, we needy to be ready, willing and able to take whatever steps are required to reach our goals.  In some cases, just working on becoming more willing is the only action we may be ready for.  This test is designed to first identify what problems we may be having, then what things we may be willing to do about it.

For every one addict / alcoholic there is an average of 6 people enabling them.  Each of these people are experiencing codependency to some degree, which is caused by childhood abandonment traumas meaning, in some manner the enabler did not have all of their needs met in childhood and now overcompensate to have them met as an adult.  Take this test to see how much of a factor codependency is in your life.
