Introduction

My name is Jeff Rounds, I am an alcoholic, drug addict, codependent and reformed criminal with PTSD and Bipolar Disorder in Recovery. In 2017, I experienced a psychotic break when over the course of 10 nights, I remembered a childhood that had been blocked out by hypno therapy in my teens and it was so abusive, I lost my ability to function and it cost me almost everything; my home, most of my possessions, my credit and the majority of my relationships.

I have been to 9 different therapists throughout my life, always looking for answers and with a willingness to change. None of them had the answers I needed or was looking for. I found everything I needed in 12 Step Recovery.

All of my conditions are currently in remission and I give full credit to 12 Step Recovery along with the specialized trauma support I received from Selyna Breeze
